Motlatla Joseph Kekaae is currently the Director and founder of Motla Logistics and Projects Pty Ltd.

Motlatla Kekaae holds a Diploma in Road Transport Management from the University of Johannesburg. He has also enrolled with KLM Empowered on short programs such as Freight Handling and Road Transport Supervision.

Motlatla Kekaae started his career in Transportation and Logistics in the freight forwarding industry. (Import and export) Road, Sea, and Rail on an inland operational level with one of the biggest freight forwarding companies called UTI South Africa/DSV Freight Forwarding.

He then furthered his career in E-commerce Logistics, called Zando (Jade E-services) one of the biggest online retailers nationally. Where he was responsible for all outbound and reverse logistics. He then moved to a Cold Logistics Company called Aspen Logistics, A division of Barloworld Transport, where he was mainly involved in moving perishable goods from Africa to SA and SA - Africa and domestic as well. he then decided to join the coal hauling industry working for a company called Gundo Logistics in the early year 2017, where he was responsible for moving coal from Local mine to Power station and to siding for export coal(Rail). After so much exposure to transportation and logistics, he then decided to open a company in late 2017(Motla Logistics and Projects) his love and passion for logistics made him invest a lot of energy in the business and identity area for opportunities to grow his company. The company was focusing more on courier service and logistics brokerage services. He then revised the company vision and pursued business possibilities in Commercial trailer rental, Passenger services, Fuel Supply, and Roadside assistance.

Motlatla Kekaae has over 10 years of experience in the industry, with his vast experience, he managed to acquire skills such as marketing, contract negotiations, Revenue analysis, and Business Developer.

He is very committed and involved on the day-to-day operations of Motla Group, He is also an executive member of companies such as MM Haulers, Motla Group & Motla Agricultural Enterprises.
